On the afternoon of March 15, the GGOG specially invited Li Laizhong, an advanced individual of ideological and political education courses at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Talent Science, a visiting professor at the Chinese Academy of Academic Development Sciences, and a senior political worker of the State Council Talent Experts Federation, to give a special lecture on "Concentrate efforts to promote development and Seize the opportunity to open a new situation" to the backbone personnel of the group company, allowing the backbone personnel to enjoy a vivid and wonderful feast of wisdom. Wu Shipeng, chairman of Ju Dayang, attended the lecture and presided over it personally.
Professor Li's words were full of wisdom, eloquence and golden sentences. He first talked about the brilliant achievements made by the GGOG since its establishment, and took advantage of the momentum to start a new journey. Through the construction of "two parks and one base", it has built a "three-strong enterprise" with strong professionalism, high-end and internationalization, and strived to create the world's largest comprehensive marine biopharmaceutical multinational group. He combined theory with practice and further interpreted Poly Ocean's service concept and behavior concept. Then he focused on the issue of execution from four aspects: learning the history of the Party and opening a new situation, strengthening teamwork, highlighting execution efficiency, and continuous learning and development.
For our common goal, we must strengthen teamwork and highlight execution efficiency. A great goal must be accomplished by a great team. Professor Li also elaborated on the issue of responsibility for us. Sense of responsibility means passion for work, passion for responsibility, and hard work. At the same time, Professor Li also led everyone to solemnly swear, I promise: From today, from now on, I will be 100% responsible for myself and Qingdao Gather Great Ocean Algae Industry Group Co., Ltd. Everyone's voice was loud and heartfelt, and the atmosphere on the scene reached a climax.
Professor Li emphasized that the "four kinds of oxen" spirit should be carried forward in the Year of the Ox:
Professor Li told everyone that execution is not the same as doing, but doing it right and well. On the basis of completing the task, we should pursue higher-level results. Therefore, we say that employees who are only satisfied with completing the task are not good employees. Execution means that everything is result-oriented.
Finally, Professor Li talked about continuous learning. He said that all successful people are continuous learners. He used an individual as an example to talk about the importance of learning and the great changes that learning has brought to oneself. We should learn until we are old. As an important member of the company, we must persist in lifelong learning and constantly improve ourselves, thereby improving the combat effectiveness of the entire team.
After the lecture, the chairman gave a speech. He emphasized that we should use the theories taught by Professor Li to guide our work practice, and focus on the company's development direction of "strengthening the main business, improving expertise, coordinating land and sea, and high-quality development".
