Shipeng Wu, was born at Dapan village, Zhangjialou street, The West Coast New Area of Qingdao on July 6, 1964. He joined the work in January 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1986. He got a college degree. He is currently the chairman of GGOG (short for Qingdao Gather Great Ocean Algae Industry Group Co., Ltd.).
