Century-long legacy Continued development│GGOG holds retirement ceremony for retirees and a new-old succession relay event

On the morning of July 11th, GGOG held a grand retirement ceremony themed 'Century-long Foundation • Relay Development' at the Ocean Technology Building. The event aimed to honor the outstanding contributions of veteran employees to the company's development while inspiring new employees to take over the baton and continue driving the company forward.

The event began promptly at 10 AM with the screening of a promotional video from GGOG, allowing everyone present to revisit the company's journey since its inception.Following this, an impressive poetry recital titled 'Passing the Torch, Creating Glory' kicked off the event, showcasing the company's rich cultural heritage.

During the award ceremony, GGOG honored long-serving employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company's development. Among them, two senior employees, Wu Shiping and Zhao Songle, were awarded the 'Merit Cup,' while 19 other veteran employees received the 'Hero Cup.'

Next, the event moved on to an exciting relay ceremony. New and veteran employees passed a baton tied with red ribbons, symbolizing the baton of company development being handed from older staff to the new generation. The ceremony consisted of three groups: Cui Rongxiang and Feng Kai, Wang Ruilan and Wang Yao, and Wang Yongping and Yang Yanan. After the handover, both new and veteran employees took a group photo to commemorate this historic moment.

Subsequently, representative of the retired employees, Cui Rongxiang, and representative of the incoming personnel, Feng Kai, respectively delivered their remarks. Cui Rongxiang expressed gratitude to the company and extended his best wishes. Feng Kai, on behalf of the new employees, first reviewed his journey of growing from an ordinary employee to a key member of the company over 15 years at Judayang, and stated that taking over the baton means taking on the responsibility. He pledged to carry forward the spirit and style of the older generation of employees and contribute his strength to achieving the company's goal of becoming a century-old multinational enterprise.

At the end of the event, the chairman of GGOG delivered a speech. He began by deeply reflecting on the company's arduous journey and remarkable achievements over the past 24 years, extending high respect and warm congratulations to two distinguished founding pioneers and more than ten retired representatives who have made significant contributions to the company's development. The chairman stated that the company will continue to uphold its grand goal of developing an international group and building a century-old enterprise, steadfastly implementing the 'One Six Three' development plan, striving to become a world-class marine biopharmaceutical multinational group with strong professionalism, contemporary relevance, and internationalization, and making relentless efforts for sustainable development.

After the event, attendees also visited the Ling Mountain Bay Marine Industry Technology Collaborative Innovation Exchange Center and had a meal together for further discussions.

       This event not only made the veteran employees feel cared for and respected by the company but also ignited the enthusiasm and sense of belonging among new employees. GGOG will continue to uphold its management philosophy of 'people-oriented', providing better development platforms for employees to jointly drive the company towards an even more glorious future.
