Propylene glycol alginate (PGA) is a product obtained by exquisitely extracting alginic acid from natural macroalgae in the pollution-free sea area of Chile, and then esterifying with propylene oxide. Molecular formula: (C9H14O7) n, the appearance is milky white to light yellow granular.
There are lipophilic and lipophilic groups in the molecule of propylene glycol alginate, so it has emulsification and unique properties.
Special foam stabilizing effect, good protein stabilization effect under acidic conditions, its viscosity varies with the acidity increases as it increases, with high lipophilicity and good emulsification stability.
