Taking Quality as the Foundation, Striving for Annual Goals: GGOG Holds a Summary and Award Ceremony for Quality Month Activities and a Mobilization Meeting for Intensive Work in the Fourth Quarter

On October 8th, GGOG held a summary and commendation meeting for the Quality Month activities as well as a mobilization meeting to vigorously push forward with the fourth quarter. All management and logistics staff, production backbone personnel, and awardees gathered together to pool strength for winning the annual goal. The meeting was presided over by Wu Nianxi, General Manager of the Group.

First, Wu Yang, Vice Chairman of the Group, read out the decision on the commendation for the Quality Month activities. On-site, advanced collectives and individuals who emerged during the activities were commended. Under the stirring music and warm applause, group leaders presented certificates and prizes to the awardees in turn. They hoped that the commended collectives and individuals would cherish their honors, continue to uphold the work style of striving for excellence, fully play their exemplary leading role, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the company.

Subsequently, the summary and exchange session began. A total of 10 members of the group's leadership team and department heads took the stage one by one. From different angles and dimensions such as management innovation, production technological transformation, product sales, and marine fisheries, they reviewed the practical achievements and experience insights of the September Quality Month activities. Highlights emerged constantly, and each sharing was the result of in-depth thinking and closely tied to reality, laying a solid practical foundation for subsequent work.

At the end of the meeting, Wu Shipeng, Chairman of the Group, made a comprehensive deployment for ‘Intensive Efforts in the Fourth Quarter’ based on the annual development goals. He clarified the work plan for the intensive fourth quarter and the key tasks for October. Centered around the new development concept of ‘One Core, Two Wings, Three-Drive Wheels, Three Arrows Together, and Four-Pronged Layout’, he put forward detailed work tasks for ‘Five Improvements’. The Chairman called on all staff to convert the valuable experience accumulated during Quality Month into momentum for the sprint, and to launch the final push toward the annual goals with a sense of urgency of ‘time waits for no man’ and efficient execution of ‘every task must be implemented’.

This meeting is not only a phased summary of quality work but also a rallying call to arms for the fourth-quarter battle. All employees of GGOG will unite their efforts, work diligently, and fully strive to write an excellent answer sheet for high-quality development on the journey of the fourth quarter.
