Spanning from the coast of Qingdao to Chilean waters, a touching story of cooperation across the Pacific Ocean, linked by seaweed, has been beautifully written over twenty years. On the occasion of the 32nd APEC Informal Economic Leaders' Meeting, on October 29, the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Cooperation between GGOG and Chile's Alimex Company, along with a Strategic Upgrade Forum, was successfully held at Judayang Ling Mountain Bay Exchange Center. Core teams from both sides and media representatives gathered together to reminisce about their glorious past and jointly paint the blueprint for the future.

The guests solemnly inscribed their names on a specially made registration scroll. As the ink strokes intertwined, it was not only a preservation of names but also a tribute to two decades of walking hand in hand. Each stroke carried the precious memories from the first cooperation to deep mutual win-win, opening a warm prelude to this celebration.

The ceremony officially kicked off. A video reviewing the 20-year cooperation journey played slowly, interspersed with old photos, old items, old factories, scenes of seaweed inspections, and moments of friends exchanging ideas. Every detail evoked shared memories among those present, making the two characters ‘same heart’ appear even more profound.

Wu Shipeng, Chairman of Judayang Group, delivered a welcome speech. First, he extended a warm welcome and sincere thanks to the representatives of ALimex for their long journey. He reviewed the two-decade cooperative journey marked by shared trials and tribulations between the two sides, emphasizing that through the cooperative spirit of 'liver and gallbladder in the same boat, standing shoulder to shoulder, striving for progress, and creating excellence', both parties have grown respectively into world-class integrated seaweed processing enterprises in China and even globally, as well as the largest seaweed raw material exporters in Chile and worldwide. They have become a model of cross-border cooperation between enterprises of the two countries, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. Faced with the current downward pressure on the global economy and industry competition, he proposed to carry forward the cooperative spirit, deepen the entire seaweed industry chain, promote high-quality utilization of global seaweed resources, contribute to human health and sustainable development, and look forward to writing new chapters of cooperation and creating a new situation of mutual win-win in the next twenty years.
Wu Nianxi,
General Manager of Judayang Group, delivered a review and summary speech. He looked back on the achievements of the cooperation between the two parties, which has lasted for 20 years under the leadership of the group. Judayang has developed from a single industrial glue production line into a transnational group with a full industrial chain of three food-grade glue products, while ALIMEX has grown into the world's largest and highest-quality transnational supplier of seaweed raw materials. The two parties jointly broke through key production technologies for different seaweeds and same optimized price and quality standards. At the same time, he recalled warm events between the two parties, which have elevated their relationship from business partners to close friends and family. Finally, looking forward to the future, the 20-year friendship and achievements of cooperation are worth remembering. The two parties will continue their cooperation and move towards even more decades and a longer-term partnership.

Address by the General Manager of Chile's Alimex. He emphasized that the relationship between the two parties has transcended the commercial realm, forming a sincere alliance built on loyalty, friendship, and respect, which enables them to adapt to and strengthen themselves amid market challenges. He congratulated Judayang Group on its 20 years of international development, stating that its achievements demonstrate the company's strength, foresight, and team dedication, setting an example for the industry. At the same time, both parties took this opportunity to look to the future, proposing that in the context of ongoing changes in the industry, they will continue to work hand in hand to explore innovative opportunities and address challenges with the goals of common development and long-term growth. Finally, he summarized the 20 years of cooperation as a story of collaboration, teamwork, and shared vision, emphasizing that the future will be even more promising. He thanked Judayang Group for its cooperation and friendship and looked forward to continuing to work together to build the future. Finally, he wished Judayang Group and its employees joy, health, longevity, and happiness!

At the climax of the ceremony, both parties exchanged commemorative gifts marking their 20-year strategic cooperation, turning this cooperative friendship into an eternal treasure.

What is even more anticipated is the release session of the 'New Twenty-Year Win-Win Cooperation Strategy White Paper'. Wu Yang, Deputy Chairman of Judagang Group, elaborated on the core content of the white paper around three key directions: 'Sustainable Seaweed Procurement, New Product R&D and Joint Market Expansion, and Joint Advancement into the Capital Market', outlining the future directions for deepening cooperation between the two parties over the next twenty years. Subsequently, the core leaders of both parties took the stage together, placing their palms on a touch-screen device. As the countdown began, the white paper was officially released, marking a new phase in their cooperation.

Finally, all guests took a group photo. In the moment the shutter was pressed, the precious scene of 'Twenty Years of United Hearts' was captured, bringing a perfect close to the celebration ceremony.

At around 6 p.m., Wu Shipeng, Chairman of GGOG, announced the official start of 'The Family Banquet Across the Pacific'. A 20th-anniversary cake was brought onto the stage, and leaders from Judayang and Alimex jointly cut it with knives, to the sound of warm applause from the audience. Everyone raised their glasses to celebrate together, and a cozy family banquet officially began.

From 'Twenty Years of United Efforts' to 'Sailing Toward the Future with Algae', the cooperation between Qingdao Judayang and Chile's Alimex has long transcended a simple supply-demand relationship, becoming a model of cross-border industrial collaboration. In the future, both parties will take this celebration as a new starting point, guided by the 'White Paper on the New Twenty-Year Win-Win Cooperation Strategy', continue to sail forward hand in hand in the blue ocean of the algae industry, and write more win-win stories that cross mountains and seas!

During the event, the Group Chairman accompanied the guests to experience the Ling Mountain Bay National Marine Ranch and visited the Zhangjialou Red Maple Forest.
